How do I cancel my domain and get a refund?

Domain names are set to auto renew by default when you register them to protect them from expiring accidentally. You can enable/disable this feature for all newly registered domain names. To do this,

- Please login to your account, click on the button 'My Account'.

- Click on 'My Profile'

- At the bottom select 'Yes' or 'No' for 'Disable auto-renewal for new domains' and click 'CONFIRM' button.

For us to cancel and refund a domain for you, please send an email to contact-en@internet.bs from your account username email address.  We will send you an email to your account username email address asking for confirmation and once you reply we will cancel the domain name and provide you a refund if it is within the grace period.

To cancel a domain that you just registered

Not all registries provide refunds on newly registered domains. ccTLD registries (the two-letter domain extensions) do not, so we can't process refunds on those.

For gTLD domains, like .COM, please note that the registry only allows refunds for a short period of time. If you send us an authenticated request within 72 hours of registration, we should be able to get the registration cancelled and refunded, but it is not guaranteed.
